of course as some of you know, hair thrives off of protein; its essential to long healthy hair growth. If you’re into reading product labels, some forms of protein you should look for or ingredients you should add into your protein treatment are:
– Hydrolyzed protein. such as Hydrolyzed collagen, keratin, etc.
– Eggs (main source of protein!)
– Amino Acids (glutamic, cysteine)
